Purataasi month is the month of Vishnu worship. Saturdays, in particular, are excellent. Third saturday is the best. This is why Perumal temples overflow on saturday 3rd. If you go to Tirumala Tirupathi. You will not be able to see the Swami. On saturday morning, after the usual daily Poojas, on Saturday morning, the festival will be held at around 9 am Srinivasa Perumal. Therafter, the eight shrines are loaded into eight shrines in the form of a Mavilakku for one of the shrines of the Ashtala Lakshmi.
